23 May 2025We’re pleased to advise that Community Services Card (CSC) holders are able to access discounted consultations with our Emergency Medicine Specialists.
Fees for Community Services Card (CSC) holders:
Child (0-13 years) FREE
Youth (14-17 years) between 8am–10pm $25 | afterhours $35
Adult between 8am–10pm $25 | afterhours $35
The service provided to CSC holders is the exact same 24-hour on-demand care you’re used to from Emergency Consult—just more affordable.
If you already have an Emergency Consult account, then please 'Log In' and add your Community Services Card details to your profile (if you have multiple family member profiles, one card entry will activate discounts for all family members). Upon CSC verification, your discount will automatically be applied, and you can proceed to purchase consults.
If you’re new to Emergency Consult, click the 'Create Account' button at the top of this page, fill in your details (including CSC number), pay, and start your video consult.
Please note that Emergency Consult is an urgent care service, ideal for episodic care. For continuity of care, we recommend being enrolled with a General Practice (GP) and seeing your GP doctor for non-urgent or ongoing health concerns, when you can.
