Throughout August, Emergency Consult will be running an online survey, which will only take a few minutes to complete and has been designed to provide insights about your telehealth experience with us.
If you have a video consult this month (and you’re a general public patient*) the survey link will be sent to you via email after your consult.
Taking part in the survey is voluntary but your feedback is deeply valued. Your experience and thoughts will help us understand your needs and improve our service.

* The patient group being surveyed is general public only; it does not include patients referred by Hato Hone St John, or who receive a video consult as the result of seeking care through another healthcare provider (such as Consult365, hospital EDs, aged care facilities, community clinics, etc).
