What if we need more consultations?
You can add consult packs (50 or 100 consults) at any time, with payments spread over the remainder of the twelve-month period
Can the service be used by family members?
Yes! Companies can choose to extend coverage to family members as an added benefit.
How do we access the service?
All you need is a device with a camera and speaker such as a smartphone, tablet or laptop. You’ll be provided with a unique login. Simply go to emergencyconsult.co.nz, start a consult using your login, and be seen within 30 minutes.
What if it is something that can’t be dealt with online?
About 80% of things can be dealt with online. But if your condition cannot be dealt with virtually, you’ll be referred to the appropriate place to receive care. A copy of the medical notes will be shared with your normal GP too, so they know what’s happened.
