Our mission is to redefine healthcare delivery by bringing our emergency and urgent care specialists directly to those in need, regardless of their location. We are committed to ensuring that high-quality medical care is accessible whenever and wherever it is required across the Motu.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic oversight to support the company's growth in a dynamic market.
- Ensure robust governance and compliance with best practices.
- Leverage your expertise to offer financial and technological insights that drive decision-making.
- Utilize your network and industry knowledge to support the company’s objectives and growth.
Necessary Competencies:
- Deep finance and technology expertise.
- Solid understanding of governance practices to ensure effective oversight and risk management.
- Proven experience as a director in a growing private company environment. Chartered Director preferred.
- Passion for healthcare, with a focus on innovative care models.
- Well-connected in the healthcare sector and beyond, with the ability to leverage relationships for the company's benefit.
- Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset.
Board Meeting Schedule:
The Board generally meets eleven times per year in Hamilton.
Remuneration:
Remuneration will be discussed with shortlisted candidates.
