Mrs Hayley McConnell

Hayley is an experienced senior leader with a significant track record in management, human resources, and operations. She started her career as a nurse and quickly climbed the management ladder within the public health sector. Hayley has since worked in the top echelons of private health, commercial, and non-government organisations. One of her core strengths is her enviable ability to relate to and lead people. She is strategic and business minded with a unwavering focus on people, performance and culture. Hayley has extensive experience working with Māori and Pacific health providers, councils, community groups, advocates, emergency services and various government agencies.
